Desde el primer trato con la recepcionista fue un tanto desagradable, el desayuno está feo ni paguen el extra por el, no vale nada la pena, la calefacción del cuarto no funcionaba y no la arreglaron, no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto , entonces mejor considerar otra opción tómenla

arrival, the recepcionist was to serious seems she had a bad day. food, very limited options for food, breakfast was ok but for the night it was not good. room cleanliness, this was the worst, I have picture thta I can share with you the bed has a hole, dirty and with cockroaches, send me your email and i can send you the pictures, I really need to talk with a manager, this is not an isolated situation and they should close to clean and change all the damaged mattresses, i will wait for your information.
